GENERAL OBJECTIVE

The main goal of this project is to contribute to the MDGs of strengthening the capacity of young researchers from south to intervene dynamically in research - activities and development of their communities.

SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES

•  Initiate and sensitize young scientists to conduct research for the benefit of the international community,
• Conduct specific research on water and sustainable sanitation in all areas of sustainable development,
•  Increase the capacity of young researchers in poor countries to conduct research and propose concrete specific projects with the real needs of their communities,
• Establish and strengthen international cooperation in the South - South and North-South partnerships between young researchers through international organizations, Universities and academic institutions, particularly for the research - activities and trainings.

JUSTIFICATION

Integrating the principles of sustainable development into country policies and programs and reversing the current trend, by strengthening the capacity of young researchers in the field of water and sustainable sanitation, is now a challenging issue.

The need for research - action is very essential in today's poor countries. It will allow problems identifications and real needs of populations in order to propose development projects and programs adapted to living conditions and primary needs of their communities.

OBJECTIFS SPECIFIQUES 

De façon spécifique, il vise à :

LES BENEFICIAIRES

• Les producteurs qui peuvent être des exploitants privés, et surtout des associations de paysans, coopératives.
• Les fournisseurs d'équipements (pour l'extraction de l’huile)
• Le Gouvernement en vue de mettre en place un cadre favorable pour le développement de cette filière: statut du biocarburant, réglementation, mise en place de système fiscal incitatif.
• Les Chercheurs internationaux, les universitaires des pays du nord, les partenaires,
• Les populations rurales locales (femmes, hommes et enfants)
• Les promoteurs nationaux et internationaux du biodiesel
